Default Travel Benefits and a few other ?s

I searched forums, but either outdated, or not quite the info I was looking for.

Can someone provide 101 on:

1) Travel Benefits on United? Does it extend to immediate family, if so, how much/how do they book travel, etc.
2) Does Air Whisky have a merchandise store? T-shirts, mugs, pilot gear, etc?
3) What hotel do crews stay in during training?
4) Where/what facility is sim training done?

5) Some typical ORD schedules?

Thanks in Advance,
WhiskyWhisky

I can't answer all of your questions. I'll answer what I can, though.

1. Travel benefits for you, one fatherly unit (biological father, step father, etc), one motherly unit, dependent children, and spouse and one travel companion OR two travel companions. I can't remember the exact cost, but there is an annual fee depending on how many people you list with your benefits. You fly for free in domestic economy. When you go international, you have to pay customs taxes. These vary depending on what airport you're flying into or out of. You can list for first class either domestically or internationally, but there is a fee for this (along with international customs taxes as applicable). Your parents have to pay a segment fee and applicable international taxes. I don't know the fee for spouse/companion/children, as I don't have any of those.

2. Yes. At company HQ at ATW. I THINK you can order stuff online as well, through the employee portal. I could be wrong. But they have a store at HQ for sure.

3. Radison Paper Valley, downtown Appleton. It's literally 300 feet from a ton of bars.
