This is Mesa/Ornstein hiding behind Pan Am. Don't go for it, unless you would love to have just 8 days off a month and get treated like meat in the seat.
Mesa is having to do this due to their oncoming massive pilot shortages.

Doesn't mesa's website say even though 8 is the min, average is 12 or 13 days off a month? Thats probably counting the people who resign in the middle of the month as having 20 days off a month. That would make it work.
