How to choose a regional??
I dont want this to get into an essay competition, but could you guys BRIEFLY name the top 5 things that you look/looked/shoulda looked for when you were figuring out which regional to apply and choose?
and maybe a sentence to describe why? (i.e.- pay, domicile, F/A's ;) ) also, i'm still in my training so some ideas from when you FIRST started out would help. THANKS GUYS!! We could also see what the most popular reason is. |
1. Which one (if any) is in or within driving distance to a domicile
2. Quality of current contract (Most important is QOL) 3. Who offers the position to you 4. Upgrade time |
