Default How to choose a regional??

I dont want this to get into an essay competition, but could you guys BRIEFLY name the top 5 things that you look/looked/shoulda looked for when you were figuring out which regional to apply and choose?

and maybe a sentence to describe why? (i.e.- pay, domicile, F/A's ) also, i'm still in my training so some ideas from when you FIRST started out would help. THANKS GUYS!!

We could also see what the most popular reason is.

1. Which one (if any) is in or within driving distance to a domicile
2. Quality of current contract (Most important is QOL)
3. Who offers the position to you
4. Upgrade time
