Your point is taken about other places hiring at low times. Might as well instruct a few more months then go to the place you want to hang. However, hiring can change on a whim, what is competitive now might not be in 6 months. |

Yeah, it's a lot of TAFB, but I commute so it doesn't matter much to me. Gone is gone, RTB's don't help me. |

The mistake I made is that I went to the first airline that hired me, big big mistake! Don't go to a regional just because you meet their 300/50 mins. Flight instruct for another 4-5 months and go to a better regional, but if you want to use Piedmont/Tsa as a stepping stone go for it and really use it as a stone.
