At least at Piedmont you guys actually get to vote. Over at PSA our Union keeps signing **** behind closed doors without any input from the pilot group.
Then after it's signed they tell us about it and ask for our thoughts as if it's not already signed and sealed. All we can do is slowly try to replace Union reps one at a time. |

None of the Union reps SAP to 65 to pick up SDO so why not give it away? They're big fans of trading the pilot groups quality of life to improve their own. |
PDT shut down Captain upgrades due to FO staffing while new hire classes are single digit in size.
Forced or not, at least PSA is getting enough folks to allow upgrades and career progression... More points for PSA. |
