When have the regionals ever been good?

I'd say now is the pinnacle.

Those numbers are fine. He'll get 800 easily in the next year, and he probably still won't have the seniority to upgrade at 1000 hours.

I was a Mesa FO in 2018. 8 months Year 1 pay. 4 Months year 2 pay (36/38/hour). Bonus included in the number below. Flew about 800 in the year with training department delays so I didnt start IOE until the start of March. I also was a commuter so I picked up 300% when I could.

Grossed $79,181 ($4,400 was per diem).

$135,500 Mesa 5 year captain, E175, includes per diem.

Whole month off in June due to 1000 hour limit, paid @ min credit. Otherwise worked on about half my remaining vacation. Around 10 days off per month.

Jan 1-Mar 15: $31,500 YTD.

Did you have 30 days off in June, paid? Or any month of the year for that matter?

Yea. Took 7 weeks off for the birth of my child. While not technically paid I timed it between paychecks and a bonus so that I didn’t really skip a beat.

And who cares about 30 days off in a row when you’re only off 10 days total the other 11 months of the year. And for only $135,000! Lol... whatever floats your boat buddy.
