I agree, but the hatred should be turned towards Larry Kellner. RAH guys are doing there job day in and day out, I have no hatred for them, but Larry on the other hand. Xjet guys have done nothing but a kick ass job for CAL, and they spit in every XJT pilots face by taking away 69 a/c. When he gets the opportunity to take away 25% of our remaining fleet, I am sure he will, probably because of a ****ing math he and Jim had years ago...............The sad thing is it effects thousands of peoples lives. RAH guys are not to blame, they are going to work everyday just like we are, the greedy son of a bitches like Larry Kellner are to blame, HE is the reason we are not flying 69 planes for CAL, not RAH.


PS. the Funny thing is they never thought we were going to keep the airframes, and the XR's too. Goes to show just how smart Larry and his management team are. I swear I would love the opportunity to fly for CAL, #1 choice for me, but to think people like LARRY are running the show over there would drive me nuts, I wonder what other CAL pilots think about him?

 

It's called DOH in a different position with company vs. DOH as a pilot with company. Who cares anyway who someone is? How does that affect what their thought processes are, what they write, and how you respond to their posts? Those who want to know are only looking for something to COMPARE themself to. (i.e. I'm better because I have a degree and fly an ERJ vs. Dash-8 ) Whatever!

the only thing CAL didnt like about XJT was the fact that XJT was the only regional Jet provider in the system for them. Being the only source of feed was a dangerous concept for CAL.

It does seem that those two women on this board seem to be fake and for some odd reason won't let us know who they really are....
HMP claims to be a F/O 767...I'm sure she is...why would she lie...ELLEN is what....psychologist...or something in that dir...yet the confident level is all the way down there....

FWIW, the small amount of time I spent in IAH this month (and the large amount of it I have to do in May ) the Xjet guys have been pretty decent. The ground support we have there (which is outsourced by CAL through a company they own anyways) is a f**cking disaster which doesn't help our performance. They don't like the fact that we're there, no one wants to work our flights, and they can't even talk to our dispatch to find out where our flights are (that is all a direct quote). The CRJ's we got were broke POS's from ACA that management figured would be up to par pretty soon but that's taking longer then expected. Meanwhile, the crews are trying to drive through all this stuff, be as accomodating as possible, and make up for Dispatch/Crew Scheduling screw ups in the hopes things will get better. God I hope they do.

Our W&B program is nowhere near what XJet's is either as far as weights are concerned. It's hard to fill planes when your passengers weigh 10 more pounds and carry on's weigh an extra 8 pounds (with a full aircraft, our plane "weighs" 500 pounds more just counting pax...that's a LOT of weight to play with for a 145).

caveman, there are a couple of wannabes at brown who are bothered by the fact that they have to fly with me(i.e. such a knockout that they CAN'T have.....ever). To make themselves feel better, they downplay my very existence....sad. I am exactly who I say I am and that's all anyone needs to know.
