So I originally had a paper logbook for most of my primary training from private through CFI but have since switched to electronic, my question is from a legal standpoint- Do I need to technically still need to be keeping paper logs of all my flights? Even if they are dual flights that require signatures? What are the airlines' opinions on this?

I've been electric only since I finished my CFI initial. No one has cared. I printed a copy of the digital logbook out for my interview to make everything easy to view. Although on dual flights I do have digital signatures.
