Republic training issue worst of all regionals. Xjt only hiring into 145s. Go Skywest or Mesa. Best training. Mesa also you will fly a lot and upgrade at 1000hrs

Training issue as in quality of the training or delay issues?
Not looking to be based anywhere else besides the tri-state area.

This is how I understand it. They can, but none of our airports have the required pilot quiet rooms. They have FA quiet rooms, and we aren’t allowed in them.

There is no training delay anymore at Republic. People hired last week are getting August and September class dates with no wait time in between training blocks.

This is true. YX just built a brand new sim in CVG which is opening up more class dates.

Republic and Skywest both have the best training programs in the industry. At YX, we have mainline even coming to us asking us how we run our SMS, et al. You sound like someone who didn't make it through...
