Default Are people making lateral moves?

With all the talk of all the regionals badly needing pilots, where is the attrition? I know some from my company are being hired by majors and 'big freight' and fractionals, but what about other airlines?

Is there a lot of attrition from the F/O ranks of regional airlines? If so, where are they going?

Has anyone here made a lateral move and been happy with the result?

BTW, by asking this I am not thinking of such a move. I am sticking it out at my current place 'til something truly better comes along.

SAABaroowski,

Sorry to get off the topic but most of the CAL new hires are XJET CAs, right? But there is no official flow through agreement between the two, correct?

Thanks in advance.
