the definition of professional is based on what the company requires. if a company says to maintain a professional standard you must wear this and have your hair to this length, then you are a professional. as long as they follow company guidance (skywest hats optional) you cant fault them.
my new company doesnt even have hats. does that make us unprofessional? |
