All you need to know about AWAC or the CRJ pre-Indoc is Leinenkugel Honey Weiss! They have it at the Texas Roadhouse and Applebees right beside the LaQuinta.

Study hard but partake regularly while in ATW...

Do they have Old Milwaukee, Pabst, Point or maybe even Old Style?

I'd like to do that with the Airbus though. The 1900 (or what ever BE is in the photo) is probably more difficult to fly!:D

eheh, yes, did it myself with paint! got the idea few days ago from an article on USA Today about the caveman :D

They sure do, but why drink that **** water when you can have good Wisconsin beer?

The night between Indoc. and systems they send you to MKE for the night. Go to Landmark (hotel van will take you) and if you guys are feeling adventerous and want to split a cab.... Safe House in MKE!!! http://www.safe-house.com (wierd place!)

I'll drink Old Style or Old Mil or Pabst and for god's sake, I spent a year in college in Stevens Point. So yes, I'll drink Point Special and it is available at select watering holes in ATW.

Oh, and yes, I approve of the Leini's Honey Weiss too!!! :D

See the kind of quality people we attract at AWAC???!?!?! Beer swilling cavemen! I feel right at home here. Now if only we could get back home to Wisconsin as a company all would be right with the world again. ;)

BTW, there is finally some movement at ZW. There was just another vacancy for upgrades for about 17 or so just posted yesterday.

Probably not. Depends on how many people defer their upgrade to hold a better schedule. But I am close now. Real close. Probably top 15 or 20 after this. Regardless, I am glad to finally see some movement. Maybe there is light at the end of the tunnel after all.

Hiring new pilots, upgrades, doing a bit more flying for US Airways which they asked us to do. It's all good if you ask me.

I love how this tread turned into a drinking conversation. Its true I have partaken in drinking Spotted Cow while in MSN on an overnight and I loved it!!! Also I was at the good old Radisson at MKE a few weeks ago and I wanted an Old Mil! It was the first beer my dad ever shared with me. Kind of like Clark Griswald with Rusty in Family Vacation. I wanted to relive the memory well guess what!?!?!? No Old Milwaukee! What was a guy to do but partake in the other fine selections of beer.

Congrats on getting a class date!!!! I am going to ATL to the job fair this weekend and am really looking forward to meeting with AWAC. They are my top choice and based on my research of the company and from people (including current AWAC pilots) it seems like the best fit for me. I would appreciate Any reccomendations anyone has for me about meeting them at the job fair let me know. I hear that they do take a lot of people they meet at theese fairs if they like the person, how true is that?? I also hear that it is better than jsut sending the m your resume? Thanks in advance for your answers :)
