Rough landing! But everyone OK, thankfully.


Hard landing at TIA; no injuries

The 250TT pilot (making his 15th ever, night landing ) forgot to flare and drove the plane into the concrete. Fortunately the "Auto Briefer" told everyone to fasten their seatbelts just prior to contact. BOOM!

The news article has no such information; there is no prelimin on the FAA Accident report web site. Presenting this information "as factual" is misleading and could be detrimental to flying safety - not to mention possible "slander" claims by the crew involved.
