The problem is availability of SAAB sim time. MSP - Six hundred hours a month = about thirty new pilots checked out - not counting other requirements. SAAB simulator time is either not available or at a premium world wide.

Emailed resume and got a call from HR within 20 minutes. Offered interview two days later, but had to wait until the next week Wednesday interview session because of schedule. I was offered the job over the phone the following Monday afternoon. Not told equipment or class date with apologies that plans are not in place yet. Have been waiting, now one week, for the packet in the mail. Was told class would probably be early to mid June.

Not to worry...I got the call offering me the job on Monday the 7th and haven't seen my packet yet either. I talked to one of the guys I interviewed with yesterday and he is in the same boat as well. I'm hoping to see it by the end of the week. They are up to their ears in hiring so give 'em a break.
