I think I get it. You’re trying to say they only fly in Florida. Maybe I’m the idiot for looking at their route map before I posted to avoid sounding like an ass.

Doesn't every regional only fly to certain states (does any airline fly to every state? ((Does any company fly to Delaware besides the AF))? Makes no difference to me. I have zero affiliation to either airline. Sounds like you would get personally upset if an airline got its forum. Think about that.

When I proposed the sub forum folders, we had all the regionals in one common pile, without any folders.
As I discussed with Nick (who did the programming back then), I and others thought it was wise to set a threshold. Decided on a minimum of 500 pilots. Later, it was requested to add CommutAir, even though they were a bit below the threshold. All the others had significantly fewer pilots than CommutAir. We added the Other folder for all the rest of the regional airlines, leaving the uncategorized threads (not specific to an airline) at the bottom.
If we created a folder for every one of the smallest regionals, we would end up with double the number of folders we have now. It was judged unwieldy. If we added Silver, why wouldn’t we add every one of the smallest regionals? Some of these only have had a single thread, ever. Some had their last post over a year ago. Again, this was judged to be unwieldy.
This was the reason and rationale. I strongly recommend we stick with it, no changes.

There are 14 regionals listed today. As reference, there are 11 majors.
In the next few years, more of these bigger regionals will go out of business or consolidated (those folders will eventually get archived).
Fast forward mid or late 2020s, the number of regional folders will be fewer than the number of majors folders. That is what my crystal ball says.
