Good Afternoon,
The Delta "preferential" item I wouldn't place too much stock in, but the rest isn't bad (Ok, it's not great either).
Airsupport, sounds like you work with Pinnacle. Is DTW the junior base out of training? Also, how long on reserve (lately)?
Thanks in advance.

Apollo

I applied about a month ago and have not heard anything.
I've sent one other e-mail and left a message with C. Cunningham about 2 weeks ago.
I'm just under 875 hrs with 110 multi and all the FMS and CRJ goodies most regionals seem to like. (Pan Am Academy)
Any Advice?
BTW....are those Delta CRJ-900's going to DFW for flights to Mexico?

"Revised Captain upgrade standards, with a minimum of 3500
total flight hours or 2500 hours in a RJ in combination with
1000 hours in a Pinnacle CRJ."
Crap, I thought it was going to be 2500 total with 1000 at Pinnacle.
Oh well, I can still upgrade in about the same amount of time I thought I was going to (hired with 1100/100) with the captain mentoring program.

until they show us the money in a new contract they will have a hard time finding pilots, i think this new program is a start in the right direction, correct me if i am wrong but i think 1600 a month is the most anyone makes while in training,, and that is 1600 tax free straight into your pocket.

Pinnacle will not hire you unless you have around 900-1000TT. They said to me in ATL this past weekend that if you get advacned jet training course, then its 400TT. I m not paying for that though.

Also, now we have that mentoring program that people mentioned, so there's something else you can look at.

yes that still applies. so you can upgrade here if you have 2500tt if 1000 is in a pinnacle crj. 3000tt if 500 is in a pinnacle crj, or 3500 off the street. and like the post above me said just put in a bid for what you want. i live in mem, and i wont upgrade till i can hold mem. if you commute then do whatever is best.i am at about 2200tt with about 1000 in the crj here at pinnacle. let me know if you have any more questions.

if i remember correctly my takehome at eagle during training was something like 1800 a month. (years ago) we were paid a monthly guarantee and per diem.
Or, maybe this is a defense mechanism my mind has put in place to protect myself from the truth.
