It's good to have a car in SLC. There's plenty to do in the area, but not withing walking distance of the airport hotels.

Yep - This is Airline Training Program number FOUR for me...I learned from the first three that you ALWAYS want your car with you...and SLC actually looks like quite the happening place, judging from the drive up I-15!

Actually JUST got into SLC about ten minutes ago. Checked-in, and haven't even unpacked the car yet - couldn't stand being away from ya'll HAHA...

Thanks Shaun, that link is solid GOLD. I'll be using it often ;-)

I did manage to luck out on the way out here though - stayed with a F/A I flew with once in STL night 1, spent night 2 in my car in Colorado (ugh...) and here in SLC night 3 at the hotel!
