Its slowing they said because the people moving from the 50 to the 700 and 900, and that we are getting rid of those 14 50's.......i dont understand, but thats what we were told

Could it be that Comair wont need as many pilots with the larger aircraft?Less legs? or something...

No..these low time wonders need more training...overheard one the other day requesting a "full stop" at JFK!!!!!!!! he was quickly(between the laughter) reminded that all landings are "full stop" at JFK!

Wow, fresh out of the Cessna, maybe? Man, maybe the next time I call ground I should add "student pilot." I'm sure they would get a kick out of that.

Next time you call for clearance make sure to say "LGA clearance Comair 1234 Instruments to Savannah". I heard that a couple days ago...gave me a chuckle.

1) Comair 1234 IFR to ATL
2) The words "This is"
3) Descend to FL130

Sorry, I only laugh because I am right there with you! Still, I've said some dumb things on the radio by accident but not quite that bad. A little professionalism goes a long way.
