My use of the term 'administration' does not refer to the current president or his political party. My frustration lies with the NMB and it's members, who are presidentially appointed. They make the decision to release a pilot group into self-help. This is a rare occurence with the current NMB.

As some have pointed out already, just talking or writing about a strike at an airline is grounds for termination if not in accordance with the RLA. If the union leadership is aware of such talk and does nothing to stop it, they can be fined and/or terminated as well. You won't get very far in organizing such an action before you are shown the door.
