Hey Paid2fly, you’re Uber senior at OO. Has the money printing press been unleashed at Skywest? Or is it just certain domiciles (out stations need not apply)?

This was a wild thread to drop in on, but not for nothing they do not do this at endeavor. If there's stuff needs done, CS doesn't have favorites. They have a list of availables for that day and go down it in seniority order.

Since I'm at an "out station" you'd have to check with someone that isn't.
Just trying to clarify that unless things had changed drastically without me knowing about it no one starting at Atlas had a "pay rate 4 times that of a regional"(as had been stated).

I will clear north of 100k at OO as a just shy of 3 year FO living in base, and am home pretty much every day. Those who have flown with me know how I do this. I ride my bike (my favorite hobby) and have home cooked meals almost every day. Play the game and be flexible, and you can make it happen. Also, no kool aid being consumed here. I tell folks go to the regional that offers the best QOL, and pay to a degree. Some of you in here are very bitter, and it shows. Just be happy you are behind an airplane, making money doing something you hopefully enjoy. Life is too short to have this animosity towards others’ pilot groups. One person’s best option today may not be the case a year from now. Be open minded, and learn to make this system work for you.
