Pinnacle NEW interview Process????
#2
No it has not changed the ATP requirement. I was in the group with the new process. We were the first group to go through it. Several guys were sent home because they did not have the ATP written or a current 1st class medical. Get everything that is listed on the interview invitation and you don't have to worry about it. If you come in without anything they will send you packing. Pinnacle is very strict on the paperwork side of things, not as bad as XJET but close.
Edit:
If any of you want to know how the new process goes feel free to PM me.

Sounds like you haven't done any research yourself. Asking if we are worse than Mesa or Go Jets. You heard this and that. That's right we must be so bad because you "heard" that they start us at 9pm and work us til 8am right?

And it's probably closer to: start at 9am and work until 8pm

O- and simple dictation would render "research" to mean "search again"... so why don't you take a search and find some negatives about the pinnacle group from those who are there or ever FLEW on the line (a couple left in training for their own reasons). There are quite a few of the 9E guys on this forum, if you would like I can even list some names to look up if your search process becomes too difficult. A contract is needed badly over here but beyond scheduling jerking chains, pay being below average for FO's, scope- Colgan got an ALPA vote so this shouldn't stay AS big of a concern, and mgmt being typical mgmt you won't find much on the negative side of the argument. Everything listed other than mgmt (which every airline is stuck with) will be rectified with a contract that is being negotiated. By simply utilizing "heresay"- many times from those who don't even meet the minimum requirements of any regional- may not lead you to correct answers, thoughts, and opinions. I hope you don't feel bothered by this reply but there seems to be a weekly thread discussing pinnacle and a simple search and a few minutes of reading may allow you to see through those who base a reply on "I heard" and "someone said" and see that those who are actually employed by pinnacle speak the same words with the same complaints and admirations. If you are looking for a career regional I will be the first to pipe up and say you may want to look elsewhere, but if you want to get hired, get your time, upgrade super quick, and enjoy almost every flight with a great group of guys and gals this regional may be your best bet. I like to deal with facts, so present yours before trying to bash with opinions.
