ALPA's plans are available at any ALPA shop but are only 5 year 'own occupation' plans. They have plans that will pay you to retirement age if fully disabled but not if you simply can't hold a medical.

Republic had a group plan with Harvey Watt when I was there. I do not know if they still have it.

I paid for my own Harvey Watt plan briefly but it was much more expensive than the group plans and that was before I was in my 40s.
