Beans, beans,
And musical fruit.

The more you eat,
The more you toot.

Nevermind.

This is one of those things that would have been sorted out during a noob's first month with a line, back when we had hard lines and you flew with the same crew all month.

I notice it more with the new guys and yeah it probly would have been addressed during the hard line days.

I also think it may be more common with people who've never held another professional position. In my pre-aviation 9-5 corporate days, I'd never dream of showing up to the office smelling like an Abercrombie store.

Professional = smell like nothing. New guys please take note.

I almost donned an O2 mask once due to the other pilot's fine taste in colognes and complete lack of a sense of measure. But I also heard that no-one gives a damn on mainline aircraft whether you wear it or not - so which one is it?

If that's true, I'm wearing an entire bottle of axe my first day at UA. Put that theory to the test.

I've never given it a thought at mainline... because nobody ever does it.

It should be addressed in training. It’s probably in the company uniform standards as well; it is at WN.

Knock off the cologne. And the tuna.

I like to use the art of shaving pre shave oil, shaving cream, and after shave lotion. One time I decided to try it on a trip. I walked by someone in the jet bridge and they said they really liked my cologne. I said I’m not wearing cologne. Then I realized it was my art of shaving stuff. Never used it since on a trip

that would have been one heck of a logbook entry.
O2 below XXX PSI due to cologne usage.
