But now they are short LCA like the rest of the industry was a year ago. They can’t seem to see problems coming until they are big problems then they just wait to see if they magically fix themselves for a few months. Then they do a fraction of what they should do to address the problem to see if it makes a difference. They are moving at a snail’s pace to correct issues that require decisive, aggressive action in today’s environment.
