AA Regionals

So I got an email from Envoy recruiting today--plus a couple others from Piedmont and PSA over the past week or so. My, how times have changed!

Figured I'd crowdsource some of my research rather than parsing every little detail myself. My first impression is that Envoy has the best deal at present with "50% premium pay for all pilot hourly rates until August 31, 2024," (assuming, of course, they really mean 150%). Are they serious? The others aren't offering/guaranteeing anything like this, are they?

Otherwise, all the other details seem pretty much the same across the three carriers' current programs (I'm looking specifically at their DEC offerings, btw). I'm typed in the ERJ, but I live in the Dayton area, so not sure where to fit PSA on my list. Thoughts?

All 3 carriers have the same payscale (in effect now) and the same work rules (which kick in Oct 1). Only Difference is Envoy is paying 300% on top of the new rates for any open time picked up in all of July

But not in August. Envoy also doesn't have the credit improvement after a certain number of hours a month.

Go where you can drive.

Unless you drive to Mesa or GoJet. Go somewhere else in that case. No Mesa, No GoJet. The rest are all fine.

If you live near Dayton go to PSA.

Should have specified. In OPs case, go to the WO he can drive to.

Yes, believe me, I get it. My type rating is worth a $7500 bonus at the other two, but DAY is drivable, which is more valuable in the long run. How junior/senior is it?

But what about that 50% premium till 2024 at Envoy? Do the others have that? Envoy's pilot pay calculator thingy says I'd make $262,500 first year and over $200k in the second year with all the bonuses and the premium pay. I'm not seeing that advertised at the other carriers.

Dont go to PSA if you care about your PRIA. Peidmont or envoy has far superior training.

that pay calc is bogus

Yes all 3 are paying 50% premium through Aug 2024 and offer 300% premium when manning is critical

Bogus how? Assuming 1000 hours a year, the math seems to work out... But it's math so I'm probably missing something.
