Default Piedmont - Envoy - PSA

If you could choose again, which AA WO and why?

I'm prior 121, less than 1000 121 time, been out of the industry for a few years - currently have a CJO with all 3 aa wo's, commuting is the same to each base for me.

PSA - have concerns about the training dept based on other threads/comments.
Envoy - Is this the best QOL? Appears to have the most diverse flight routes.
Piedmont - high interest here for quicker upgrade and opportunity to build hours faster.

Thoughts?

Endeavor if I was going to commute. Unless of course I wanted Delta. PSA just pushed back NH FOs until summer 2023 so whoever you get the first class date with, provided AA isn’t your dream job.

All else being equal, maybe the airline that gives you a type rating on equipment you don’t already have…

after that I’d say Envoy or PSA would be faster movement and more hours by nature of the routes and equipment.

if or when TPIC becomes important again, Envoy would be your fastest upgrade I think…. They seem to have their DEC machine running full speed.

Dont even think about flow… “ain’t nobody got time for that!” with industry movement now…

I heard there are rumors of a merger of the three. Is that what you’re implying?

If they were going to merge the three, why bother transferring 145s from Envoy to Piedmont?

Also, fwiw, there's been merger rumors forever. Not that it can't happen.

When Envoy got their first 175s, I ask a senior person at Envoy if there would be a merger. He said no. I said it made sense, maybe down the road. He smiled. Take it for what it is worth.

No, I don’t believe he was.

Sounds like you have a story to get off your chest we would like to hear.
