$171k+
Upgraded in August before CA pay kicked in at 750 Hours, 2 month sit between sims and Upgrade OE
3 years
Opted in to bonus as an FO, lotsa new hire FO flying, banished to CVG as NYC even more evil.
Didn’t clear $25k my first year in this industry.

OO FO ERJ
Year 1. Finished off training pay in April
Major pay raise in October
65k Gross
2500 401k
500 block for the year
average 12-14 days off per month
commuter, nothing picked up was incentivized
Was actively trying not fly to until October as this is a second career for me and the financials did not make sense until the pay raise. Quitting my fire dept career in January to focus on pilot career now.

cadet loophole. It’s just match No DC. But at least it’s vested day one,
my seniority number is roughly 1500 lower than regular new hires in my class because of cadet thing as well for company seniority (not pilot seniority)

I don't know if it's been every year but I ve seen it before. But I think people being risk adverse and rumors of regional management hunting people down on forums, participation is much lower given this kind of data could be used to identify users.
