It’s old, loud, and outdated, however depending on who you work for, it also provides a good schedule and pays well. The Max is very efficient and makes money. People should be concerned with days off and compensation, not what they fly. It’s just a job.

Mostly. But the cockpit ergonomics matter. Bus, with good seats, tray tables, and better pilot interface is worth something. For me it might $10k/year, but not $100k.
