I changed nothing on the application and just got invited to an interview two weeks ago after not logging onto the airline apps website since getting denied. Same times (1200tt / 250 multi) posted on the application as I never bothered to go in and update, and obviously the same boxes checked or unchecked. Makes no real sense, because at the time I applied, everyone was saying how bad Eagle needed pilots, blah, blah, blah. Oh well...I ended up with my goal job in the mean time so it all worked out. Whacker77, the fact that you did not make it through CHQ training a couple months ago is probably why Eagle passed on you.. despite the competitive times, they want to know you will pass a 121 training program.

All the airlines just use a magic 8 ball. None of thier hiring practices seem to make any sense.
