What is this flow through program with Continental Airlines that you talk about? I've never heard of it.

Say Continental is looking at 2 resumes: 1 from a Colgan pilot and the other from a different airline. If both are equally qualified, they have to hire the Colgan pilot.

KiloAlpha pretty much as it right. You could also call it "preferential hiring" - it's pretty neat how that works (in my opinion).
