Pilot jobs websites
I've begun applying to regionals for the next step. Does anyone use the job websites that post your resume for you like climbto350.com or airapps.com, etc? If so, which do you use; if not why don't you? How does everyone who uses them like them? Thanks!!

I just thought of another related question that popped into my mind as I was surfing some of these sites. It doesn't seem like climbto350 lists who uses their website as a recruiting tool. Does anyone have an idea of who might be using each website?
Thanks for the quick answer Boiler.

Most regionals use their own internal hiring department - just fax / email / snail mail your resume as requested. If they have all three methods available, I used them all. More exposure that way.
I wanna say eagle, mesa, and colgan use one of those online application systems. They are a pain but if you want to work there you need to fill it out.

I landed my current job via climbto350.com. I've also received calls from employers that have pulled my resume off that site.
That said, it should be made clear that there is a LOT of competition from that site. When my present employer posted the opening there (that I filled), they had the ad online for 3 days. They posted the job only on climbto350.com. After three days, they took the ad down because they had received so many applications/resumes. In all, over 1200 resumes (from 7 different countries) arrived via email, fax or mail for the 1 pilot position (which was a part 91 Citation pilot job).
