Max,

When were you at mesa exactly? Summer 2004?

As far as airline employment, my best guess is that you are not employable at this time. Just a guess, since I don't know all the details...

- A logbook discrepency that resulted in REVOKED tickets (as opposed to a 30 day suspension) seems like it must have been pretty serious, blatant, and deliberate. Deliberate is the key word here...airlines are a lot more forgiving of accidental violations.

- Having lost your logbooks only makes things more difficult...while the 8710 times are legally viable, airline greatly prefer to see original logbooks.

You best bet is probably going to be to get some kind of flying job (91, 135 whatever) and then start applying to regionals. Afer you have a few years behind you and some recent flight time in your new logbook you might have a better chance.

Let put this way….”Political Reason”…

Which in my power I did log the actual time in a “ good faith”. Remember I do have quite some time (over 5,100 hours) . Now the FAA did their diligent work to figure out what was Legal to” log or not to log” in Part 135 . The facts was the time was served on the plane as I stated in my logbooks as SIC it was filed on the Aircraft Company logbook as well , but the company that I was working with ….did not take the burden of their discrepancy regarding flying and Aircraft that supposed to operate as a “ single Pilot 135 Operator”…and such…..! Without going in further details.
I have to tell you though that the (FAA) went little more aggressive against me due to my logbook lost.

Well I hope that ( Airline ) companies take consideration that it was a “honest mistake “ considering my flight background and have received letters of recommendation and honors accrued in the past 15 years of my flight carriers ..!

Thanks.

He didn't actually pass out, but the FO did notice he was having trouble controlling the aircraft. They were descending into Mexico and came a little too close to the mountains. The F.O. took over the airplane as it became apparent that the CA was a little incapacitated. It is a true story.

All right fellas.....Everything on here so far is false.

First of all, it's hard to snort a line in the lav. when there is no lav. on a EMB 120 Brasilia. It was not flying into Mexico, they didn't almost hit a mountain, he didn't pass out in his chair.

Really? No lav on an EMB120? Jeez, I wonder what I was really using then when I relieved myself inflight on that plane more than a few times.... It was an enclosed area that had a hole with this blue-looking fluid in it, and a button I could push that made a "whooshing" sound when I pushed it, and made the fluid disappear momentarily.

Oh, I stand corrected. I thought for sure there wasn't a lav. on a Brasilia....Don't I look sheepish. Oh well, not the first time.:)
