resume times
for my resume, is it best that i put exact times, or should i just round them up or down 10 instead of 9.9 for example?

round down to the nearst full hour.... well it sounds good anyway.

ok thanks, i'm probably just worrying but then the se+me doesn't match tt.

In today's environment, if you get turned down by a company because you put 10 on your resume when you really only had 9.9, you probably don't want to be there anyway.
That said, if you have 542 or something, just call it 540. I put reasonably close whole numbers on mine, and I rounded down any time something was questionable. I speak from personal experience when I say that it sucks to be sent home after 5 minutes in an interview for an issue like that. Better safe than sorry. |
Any idea which times should be on the resume??

Differing philosophies on this one...if you just add all that stuff into one column and call it "Instrument" then you look a little more attractive than 3 separate columns with 3 smaller numbers. The resume is just getting you in the door, the logbook will explain your proficiency (hopefully). |
If you really want to get your times precise, download the United Airlines time grid they want you to fill out. If you fill that out and it all matches up perfectly, you will have no problem filling out your resume or applications.
