Comair uses leather jackets made by Gibson & Barnes out of California. It's optional to the standard uniform. Being based in JFK, I use it in the winter with the Thinsulate lining as the blazer and rain coat will not keep you warm. BTW, the rain coat makes you look like a male FA

Lots of pilots wear them at Comair, It is just easier than packing a coat. It is warmer than the blazer is during those winter trips to Halifax and Fredricton.

Reminds me, I need to start digging my winter coats out of the closet. Its cooling down.

I would stay with the sport coat but when it's -20 F in MSP. I will take the leather jacket over the sport coat.

The leather-jacket at TSA is nothing short of a trash-bag...Yes they went with M&H to save a few bucks. I would have worn the blazer before the leather jacket just to prevent looking like I shopped for my uniform at wal-mart.
SKW uses Perrone - and I'll tell you - half the reason to become an Airline Pilot is this leather jacket LoL. Certainly brings the old-time nostalgia to the modern-day as somebody posted earlier.
The bars on the epaulettes look great - and you get a nametag. I've seen very few SKW Pilots that wear the blazer (besides MKE, of course).

You wouldn't believe how many people are wearing thier stuff. Lots of military flight demo teams (B-Angels, Thunderbirds, Snowbirds) and active duty, LE, Medivac. Really great product..I know because I worked at GnB/Flightsuits for a year. I've seen 90 year old WW2 vets fly in just to pick up a repro USAF A2 and almost start crying when they got it because it was so close to the one they lost after bailing out over Europe. And that thinsulate lining..adds a little bulk but man its a life saver in the cold.
And no I'm not trying to drum up business, I haven't worked there in 4 years. If your in SAN head out east and visit them near KSEE. you'll go home with something. They also make great leather nametags and have 500+ styles of wings.
