As far as Comair goes...I'm sure there's a lot of nice guys that work over there. I just have yet to meet any of them. Even the Comair rampers don't like Comair. There's a reason the senior guys bid to work the A gates at CVG. Comair pilots...at least the ones I meet...are d-bags. Don't let it get to ya.

I bet they're just bitter at being at JFK their first year or maybe JFK rubbed off on them...

Its not the company, its alot of the treament we recieved from are co workers who, feel there some how better than us. I know its not all of the pilots, alot of them are really cool people. Its a few that make it worse for everybody. I found working for Chautauqua crews to be alot more pleasent working conditions. We share the same break room we talk when it isnt busy, and they dont speak to you as your the gum on there shoe.

According to ftrpilot, my post "hit the nail on the head". I like his post more than yours.

And I never said we were all angels over here at CHQ. I'm sure your room mate has caught some flak from our guys. It happens. People have bad days. But I don't see our guys with nearly a tenth of the attitude Comair exudes in CVG on a daily basis...if that was true this thread would be about CHQ flippin' the bird and not the other way around.

Just wait till you have our rates thrown at you during your contract negotiations, just how we had yours thrown at us during the BK. We'll see how happy you guys are then.

I don't doubt you liked his post, since he agreed with you.

It's always the 170's fault. I say that on a daily basis actually...

No offense, but if you think you're the only pilot group to get screwed outta something in aviation, you're sorely mistaken. I'm not saying what you guys went through was easy...or even fair. You got f'ing hosed and that sucks. But it has happened or will happen to every single pilot reading this post at some point. You think I like commuting outta MCO while I watch Freedom operate all the flights CHQ used to do? Nope. Do you see me flippin' them the bird or refusing to acknowledge they even exsist? Nope.

Thank you, Captain Obvious. (First Officer Obvious didn't have a nice ring to it)

No reason why you can't try again...I think the wait is like 6 months to reapply.
