Republic, CHQ...it's all the same thing...kinda. Anywho, in XJT's defense my experience in IAH was nothing but awesome from XJT crews. The crews I came in contact with were pretty classy in the B terminal food court.
As far as Comair goes...I'm sure there's a lot of nice guys that work over there. I just have yet to meet any of them. Even the Comair rampers don't like Comair. There's a reason the senior guys bid to work the A gates at CVG. Comair pilots...at least the ones I meet...are d-bags. Don't let it get to ya.

You hit it right on the Head I bid A concourse to get away from are own pilot group. When I did work the ramp, they had horrible time keeping people at the C concourse and couldn't figure out why the numbers are so great at A concourse. Same comair employees, just different planes. Its not the company, its alot of the treament we recieved from are co workers who, feel there some how better than us. I know its not all of the pilots, alot of them are really cool people. Its a few that make it worse for everybody. I found working for Chautauqua crews to be alot more pleasent working conditions. We share the same break room we talk when it isnt busy, and they dont speak to you as your the gum on there shoe.

Since I live with a ramper at CVG, I can say your post is incorrect. He transfered of A as soon as he could to go over to C. People bid to where they have the best schedule, just like pilots. It isn't because you guys are so cool and treat them so nice, I have heard contrary from my roommate.
And I never said we were all angels over here at CHQ. I'm sure your room mate has caught some flak from our guys. It happens. People have bad days. But I don't see our guys with nearly a tenth of the attitude Comair exudes in CVG on a daily basis...if that was true this thread would be about CHQ flippin' the bird and not the other way around.
