That's what they are hosing people based on. I'm not even out of training yet and I already see how sneaky they are.

Yes it sucks that the first thing they do is put a bad taste in your mouth. If interviewing I'd get them to put it in writing. They are as bad as military recruiters.

I didn't get hosed by the bonus issue, wasn't prior ERJ or CRJ. I have witnessed multiple Mickey Mouse antics though. I hope in the next year or two the corporate infrastructure and contract can catch up to the size of the operation. If so, this won't be such a bad place to work for.

i was hired in march, and I still haven't seen any of that "bonus"

yeah, evidently even the the ones that slipped through the cracks and were assigned the AC they were qualified on aren't getting their money without a lot of teeth pulling. heck even the people that referred someone aren't getting their headhunting fee without trouble.

oh, and the bit on the company website about getting assigned to my AC to get the bonus didn't exist till 2 months ago, after in interviewed and was hired

Yup, sneaky.

I don't know how I did it, but I got my signing bonus with zero effort put forth. I finished IOE, and the deposit showed up in my bank account on the next payday. Of course, it was taxed hardcore, but I still got it.
ScaryKite, have you talked to the company since I talked to you the other day?
