Did they tell the guys being recalled what kind of training to expect?

SuperPilotJesse 12-16-2009 01:36 PM

Training? They're still current aren't they!

(Company's likely response)

HA, wouldn't shock me, but some of the voluntary furloughs may not be. I forgot what they did back in 2006 when we recalled the furloughs. I think all that is required is a V1 cut, hand flown engine out ILS...and a couple other T/o (5/5/5) and landings.

well almost got half right. you think they will recall more if we pick up flying or just use and abuse what we got.

43 letters sent and 22 accepted

Yeah but 19 are voluntary, therefore, have a bypass option...

saying 43 letters and 22 accepted sounds like 21 moved on. Not necessarily true.

:D Not necessarily false either. Nineteen still have more productive things to do with their time than sit in airports hours of the day without getting paid.
