Why do the company and Union have to work against each other? They should just tell us what's going on and not be so secretive.

I'm sure we'll get an email from MP any minute saying how the company didn't tell them they were going to do this and the Union will have some problem with how it is going down. And on and on.

I talked to MP and pretty much that is how it went.

Got the call today! I guess I'll be JFK then DTW after Sept. 1st. I asked how many pilots they were calling and the word was they needed 100 pilots total and hadn't got 100 yet. I'm 4/07 doh.

To those who have been called, what kind of time frame are they giving you to accept/decline?

You should still have the min 10 days from receipt of letter.

People going early are just being nice!

Just FYI! A phone call doesn't mean crap! You need to have a certified letter in hand! Do not quit any jobs or make any rash decision until you have your recall letter in hand. I know guys that have gotten burned by this before!

From Epic

..."Crewmembers should watch for follow-up communications from our Crewmember Services team regarding bidding and next steps, and "company leaders" will continue to keep you updated on the latest developments."

Company Leaders huh?
Wow, I didn't know we still had any of those around here. Learned something new today.
