\Barker was tough but I felt like I was flying with a Capt and not an instructor, very real world. Good learning experience, even though he ATR'ed me :)
Carpet dance tommorow. Very nervous. In my case another instructor in a 'friendly and with good relationship ' regional (you know the one that are affliated with a church) had the same last name initial as Barker on the Bro. This guy was loud, intimidating and down right disrespectful to a point he would use the 'F word" to our faces.. I resigned from that job and took me a year to get back to the airline world again. I don't know what the deal is with yelling and screaming *ssholes but they do exist. |
There is absolutely no place for profanity in any professional organization. It is grounds for termination in most professions. I suggest you find another way to motivate your students.

I'd take mine into Mexico then on the way back across the border, we'd usually pick up a bunch of of air force stragglers so I'd give them all rides, I'd point to the puerto rican in the back bed of the truck and whisper to the Border Patrol, "I don't know who he is he just jumped in the back with the rest of the guys!".
Wow I just realized how much I miss those days! |
