"ExpressJet does not ask for a driving record, nor do they ask any questions about your driving history."
COMPLETELY NOT TRUE!!!! didnt you fill out that nice stack of forms after your interview right before the **** test? one of those forms asked for your drivers license #, state, social... and you signed at the bottom right below the part about how they could refuse to hire you for pretty much any reason. Every airline checks. Xjt, i am 100% positive does on every single person they offer a job. |

Get a lawyer! Most of the time they can turn it into a "loud muffler" non-moving/non-point violation. You'll pay a fine but no speeding ticket on the record and your insurance won't go up either! Trust me, it's the only way!!! Whale |
You'll be ok it's an extra 30 second explanation during your interview.

As long as it wasn't a ticket for going more than 250 kts below 10,000 or 200 kts underneath Class B, they will check the box and move along.
All airlines are required to check the NDR (National Drivers Register) for DUI/DWI violations. Other violations may or may not show up on that record. |

Whenever I hear SWA in front of me on final, I know it's time to start slowing. |
