I don't think it matters.... I could be flying a all dookie brown airplane a blue tail and engine paint pink and if I'm happy flying it my QOL and treatment at an airline is good then who cares. I can fly the most beautiful airplane but be treated like crap and my QOL is crap then I'm not happy??? So it's not about have an respectable spare or one that's not. It's about the company you're working for. So Flying a ugly spare for CHQ and a pretty spare for MESA??? Which would you choose? So the pretty spare 170 and the ugly spare 145 are for the same company>?

i dont think any pilot needs a reminder who they work for or who you work for. most regional pilots can tell another regionals aircraft apart. It just makes you feel better when your plane isnt the blacksheep in the group. This is a nice looking airplane. Why dont they paint those CHQ planes in houston this paint scheme?

Saw the plane in DEN on Thursday over at Concourse A at the Frontier gates on my commute to work. Looked pretty sharp!

Probably not worth it in the long run. I don't see the company investing too much into "extras" on the 145's since they want to focus on the jumbo shrimp market.

i remember doing recurrent doors and crap in indy. maint. was hand washing and drying the 170's and the bug gut covered 145 outside was filthy. Told the maint. guy before we left that it was nice they had their priorities right and that now i knew the reason for flying filthy planes.

RAH should start their own branded flying, it has worked wonders for other regionals... ACA and XJT. I say XJT because the stock is only down about 60% since they started their branded stuff. SkyWest is next... that is why our stock went down 12% in three days.

Yeah I agree. It's a nice looking plane. Better looking than the Colgan branded Saab 340's.

Your stock went down 12%(everyone took a beating last week) b/c some analyst shot his mouth off about how the potential Delta/United merger will shrink the regional flying market. I sure love market analysts and their ability to create forces with a little speculation.
