They furloughed about 16-20 exactly a year ago, then several others bailed, so they recalled the furloughees about 8 weeks later, but many of them got other jobs. They hired about 6-8 to replace the ones who bailed. They got rid of the Q-400 idea, then sold a few more airplanes. Go was working to put some out of business, it definitely took a toll on Island Air. Seemed like poor management, but the folks are great according to my sources.
They hired some with 1000TT/100 multi. Rumor is they will probably hire later this year to cover attrition. Good luck, they like folks who grew up in HI.

Mokulele? Where are they out of? Is that the Sky Divers on the North Shore? Are you in Hawaii flying? I know I seem nosey but I just want to get back home so if you could help me out that would be great. You from Kauai?
