Yeah, they're back, and you're exactly right. The city was upset about the terminal change in PHX. I guess I can sorta understand where they're coming from. If only we had the capability to dump lavs over town...hahaha

Its a simple three step process in the Beech

1. Use a barf bag
2. Dump the cabin
3. Open the storm window

Basically anyone that applies to and interviews at Mesa these days is making one of the worst and uneducated decisions that one could make in their aviation career.

All things considered Skywest is your best bet (Tucson). They have several nearby bases also. They are growing like crazy, quick upgrade, good morale, good management, etc.
