What do you mean? Mesa is probably the most active at PHX, but several -- SkyWest, Eagle, Great Lakes, etc. - have at least some operations in Arizona.

I've heard that too. You leave there a much better pilot after having to fly broken planes all the time. People say it's a great place to start an airline career!

Sorry, I couldn't resist. Check the Airline profile domicile listings on this website. Skywest has Tucson, for example

Ummmm. No. Hey guys, here is the latest and greatest from MAG:

...6 check airman walked into JO's office and said they wanted higher pay (probably asked for hazard pay for flying with the new batch of IOE's), when he said no they all handed there resignations on the spot.

LOL LOL LOL!!!!!
I have found confirmation from a couple of sources- one said that only most turned in their letter on the spot, and he used more colorful language than "no". OMG.

OMG.

What the hell is JO thinking? He would be the one drunk a-hole on the Titanic who is telling everyone that they are being wimps for jumping ship.
