Don't overcontrol the thing. Remember that you are moving a lot faster so small corrections go a long way. Also, with the CRJ you really cannot feel the trim when you use it. You really have to scan to see what your trim inputs do to the aircraft. I assume they will have you shoot approaches raw data, but if they let you use the flight director, just keep the symbol in the bars and you'll be golden. For airspeed, use the trend vector. Once you see it move up or down, correct immediately so your airspeed doesn't begin to fluctuate. Other than that, have fun with it. And good luck!
