Does ASA allow you to name a companion in lieu of a spouse for the travel benefits?

And anyone know who manages your perscription coverage? UHC does the health, but your Rx is managed by someone else (non-United Healthcare). Like Caremark or Express Scripts or MedCo or something like that. Couldn't get through to HR to ask them on Friday.

Man...all of you current ASA pilots on these threads should seriously being getting paid by the HR department for answering all the questions!!!

Thanks for any info.

Yeah I'm trying to find the perscriptions/pharmacy/drug benefits. So Spectera covers vision, United Health covers medical, but do you have a card that you have to show when you buy a perscription? Is there a company name other than United Healthcare? Like Medco or Express or something like that? I'll prob just call HR on Monday.

Many thnx.

when i got glasses a couple months back....i just showed them my card and they look up your number and see what it covers. Pretty easy. You just pay the difference and what ever your copay is. (i got sunglasses...so i paid the difference for tinting etc...)
