Mesa plans on hiring 600 pilots next year? How do you staff an airline when only 600 new pilots come in for every 1000 leaving a year. Plus when you look at the shortage of qualified pilots at the regional level what kind of quality and experience will you be getting.
My Buddy works at Mesa and he it getting it in the rear everyday and he is about on his way out as well.
