Default Online Resume Format Question

Hey all, Trying to send my resume over to Republic, and when I paste my resume into the online window from word, it screws up the whole formatting. Anyone else having that problem or does it not matter?

Thanks for the info !

You can't copy and paste into the online field from Word. The html language does not agree with the language of Word. The html language ESPECIALLY does not like bullets, funky tabs and spacing. You have to type it all in...at least that's the best way that I know...

If you are like I was and submitting resume's to multiple carriers, you will probably have to do this more than once. It can get quite annoying to retype your resume each time. Do yourself a favor and paste your resume into notepad, edit it so it looks ok, then save it. Notepad is text only and will paste well into any website. Good luck.
