You're right - the ERJ has ya'll sitting really, really close! Unless I'm flying with a pretty lady, it is far too close I think

But anyway, the CRJ has an extra tube. Case closed LoL

I'd like someone to explain how grabbing a hydraulic driven aircraft is causing them arm pains. If it is then grab a barbell. My god ladies. How do you even manage to drive you car? How do manage to scrub yourself in a tub? How do you manage to type on a computer?

This job is the least physically demanding job there is besides being a couch potato. I think it's time to accept the fact that perhaps some of you are getting older or have hurt yourself doing other things. How much are you even using the horns when flying?

I can't believe what I'm seeing. Why don't you just complain how breathing makes your chest tired? If you aren't humiliated for backing this then you should be. Outside of having your mother dress you I can't see how an individual can be more sad. You want to know what pain is try a real job. I've got a shovel and 1800 acres of fields waiting for you. Pansies.

As far as the space on the ERJ goes I'm more than comfortable. Slide the seat back and lean it back with the pedals all the way forward and at 6ft I can't touch the bottoms. How much more room you need?

Wow....feel better there duck?

I asked a FO who flew -145's, he says that he has also noticed a slight ache in his "flying" hand and elbow... My thing is, how is it causing the pain? I'm unfamiliar with the the ERJ cockpit.

I'm neither a doctor nor an ERJ pilot, but there are people out there with real medical problems ToiletDuck. Just because you are fortunate enough not to be affected doesn't mean that you should dismiss their pain. Just because it's not a big macho activity like weightlifting that's causing the problem doesn't justify you calling them ladies.

God dammit Toilet...if you have nothing to add and nothing to gain from this thread, *** do you keep reading it posting!? Must make you feel like a big man to rip on anyone who has ever felt a twinge of pain. I bet you get a little chub going every time you hit the submit button on one of your asinine, condescending posts. I'm sure you have manure to shovel or sheep to rape or whatever it is you do on your 1800 acres of manly man land so maybe you should just step away from the boards for a while.

If anything, I think the number of replies here shows that arm problems associated with the aircraft are not that uncommon. So maybe you can revisit this thread when you have more than 9 months in the airplane.

I'm afraid I woke up the folks downstairs while rolling on the floor after reading that one FFB... And I'll add that though the Ram Horns never bothered me, I can see how they might if you've already got an aggravated arm/shoulder/wrist.

This thread was just what I was looking for nice to know it's not just me. I'd like to take those Embraer Yoke designers lock them in a room and be alone with them for about 6 hours...... It'll make me feel so much better.
